Keto Baked Eggs

I declare myself an egg addict. I cannot have enough of them, which is why an egg fast is never a problem for me. But sometimes you want to spice things up and take the humble egg to another level, just like I did with this keto baked eggs recipe.

How about the filling taste of an egg, with the fluffy texture of a marshmallow? Pinches of spices and some attention is all you need.


  • eggs (number of choice)
  • sage
  • rosemary
  • pepper
  • salt
  • baking sheet

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites, keeping the yolks whole. Beat the whites until stiff peaks, then add the spices and fold them. Put this mixture into an icing bag and form large “marshmallows” on the baking sheet. Put in the middle of each of them one yolk, then let them in the oven until the whites get a really light brown color. Enjoy them with bacon and cheese of choice.
