Keto breakfast cereal

I’ve never been a fan of breakfast crunchy stuff, but when you deny yourself certain groups of foods, you start craving them. Oh, Murphy, I have you so much sometimes…

Thus being said, of course I simply HAD TO create my own delicious breakfast cereals, especially after I saw a big box of Cinni Minnis at my sister’s and being a huge cinnamon fan myself.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams flax seeds
  • 100 grams hemp seeds, peeled
  • 1 spoon coconut butter
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Keep it simple is maybe my favorite motto. Thus, I blended all the ingredients together then poured the batter onto a cooking sheet. I placed another baking paper on top of it and started to flatten it with a rolling pin. Take the top sheet off then put the dough in the oven for about 10 minutes, minimum heat. Take the tray out, cut tiny squares with a pizza knife then let them in the oven for about one hour, heat off. They will dry perfectly and become crunchy and somehow sticky. You know, just like classic cereals.

Enjoy these keto breakfast cereals with a bowl of yummy Greek yogurt and a spoon of Goji berries.
